Our Policies...
If fleas are found on your pet, a flea bath is required before grooming can continue. This helps protect your pet, our groomers, and the other pets in our salon from a flea infestation. A flea bath fee will apply.
Flea Policy
If a pet is extremely difficult to handle, bites, snaps, or continuously tries to escape, a behavior fee may apply. We never force a pet to do something they are not comfortable with. We take the extra time needed to keep both the pet and groomer safe.
Behavior & Safety Policy
Grooms take a minimum of 3 hours, depending on the size, coat, and behavior of your pet. Most dogs are slow dried in a kennel as part of our normal grooming process. Once your pet is ready, you have 1 hour after our pick-up notification to pick them up before a late fee may apply.
Grooming Time & Pick-Up Policy
Severely matted coats can be uncomfortable and may hide skin irritation or other issues underneath. We will always prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety and will not force a painful dematting process. If the coat cannot be safely brushed out, shaving may be recommended. Matting or dematting fees may apply depending on the severity and additional time required.

We offer full grooming, baths, nail trims, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, flea baths, creative dye work, nail painting, and we provide pick-up and drop-offs. We also have a retail boutique with treats, toys, accessories, and personalized dog tags.
How often should I groom my pet?
The frequency of grooming depends on your pet's breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Generally, dogs with longer coats may need grooming every 4-6 weeks, while short-haired breeds can be groomed every 8-12 weeks.
Do you use pet-friendly products?
Absolutely! We use high-quality, pet-safe grooming products that are gentle on your pet's skin and coat, ensuring a safe and pleasant grooming experience.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on grooming services. However, if there is a concern regarding the groom, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will gladly review any issue that may be reasonably corrected.
